REFUND INFORMATION  

NEW AND USED TEXTBOOKS ARE RETURNABLE

To obtain a refund:

• You MUST have the original sales receipt.
• All items returned must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• Shrink-wrapped items must have the original packaging intact.
• Returns must be made within 10 days from start of class.

NO REFUND will be given for:

• Returns without the original sales receipt.
• New texts or workbooks that have been written in.
• Computer software
• Any item that the bookstore deems "not resaleable"
